About Me

I acquired my massage license on February 1, 2003, and have since taken many advanced courses in Orthopedic and Clinical Massage. I am certified in Reflexology and Reiki. I provide services in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Orthopedic and Sports Techniques, as well as Magnetic and Massage Cupping. 

My goal as a Massage Therapist is to give you relief from issues such as headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, achy feet and hands, but most of all to decrease body aches and stress. Each massage is designed around your needs and/or preference. 

Massage has long been known to increase blood flow in the body, improve oxygenation to the muscles, and help disperse lactic acid build up in the muscles.
